We were priveledged to have Crystal as our guest speaker at our year end banquet where we recognized academic excellence at KSS high school. Along with their parents, special guests and educators, 56 students had assembled to receive Scholarships and words of wisdom from the various speakers. Crystal's advice to the students was timely, informative and entertaining. Crystal was able to touch everyone in the room with her comments and was an inspiration to all. We look forward to a return visit.

Hi All, Crystal just recently visited my school on Salt Spring Island and when she came into my grade 2/3 class, the kids were very impressed. She read both of her books to the kids and they enjoyed them very much. They had some time to ask her questions and I think it was quite valuable for them to see that you can achieve your dreams no matter what age you are. It was great for the students to see that writing can have many purposes and that it is a great talent to be able to use your skill to make people smile and laugh. Crystal was able to connect with the kids very easily and stimulated their minds thoroughly through intriguing questions. I would highly recommend for anyone to bring Crystal into their schools and into their classrooms. We all enjoyed meeting her and finding out more about her.

Comments I hear about "Then it Rained" and "Vernon and the Snake" include: "Delightful books", "Smart Books" "My children just love the books" "When are there going to be more?" "What a clever idea"... I could go on and on.
I can't wait to meet Penelope and read about her adventures! And of course there is Sidney the Silly to look forward to.
Thank heavens there are little people in my life, or I would be missing out of such fun stories.
I can't get enough.... Well done.
